Mayor Greggory D Hull
In government, collaboration and partnerships are vital to the success and growth of every community.
Over the past 4 years I have had the opportunity to work one-on-one with commissioner Heil on projects critical to the growth and development of Rio Rancho and Sandoval county. Chairman Heil’s leadership and support has yielded new levels of cooperation between the county and the city.
Improving the quality of life for the people of Rio Rancho and Sandoval county has been the primary focus with projects such as Meadows Blvd., Southern Blvd. Phase one, Southern Blvd. Phase 3 and other critical infrastructure projects that improve our day to day lives.
He has also with played a vital role establishing an Economic Development Fund and in negotiating the renewal of Intel’s IRB which have helped create over 600 new jobs.
I encourage you to join me in supporting Commissioner Heil’s re-election so he can continue working to improve Rio Rancho and Sandoval County for its citizens.

District 3 City Councilor and Deputy Mayor Bob Tyler
Dave and I have been meeting with these folks (Off Road Enthusiasts) for some time and they are really taking an interest in helping us keep things clean.
I want to give Dave a quick thank you. We really needed trash containers out there to help with a group clean up and Dave was able to work it out with the county.
The UTV groups showed up in force and cleaned for about 5 hours. They filled that dumpster full. Thank you Dave for your team work on this. I look forward to what else we can get done. I know the UTV groups appreciate your support.
You have always been there for our community, friends and family. God bless you!
District 4 City Councilor Paul Wymer
I have had the pleasure of knowing Dave for many years and can vouch for his honesty, fair-minded approach, and hard work. I learned from Dave through his experience while serving with him on the Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Board. When he chose to run for the District 4 Sandoval County Commission seat, I knew he was the best person to represent the residents of that part of the County. Now that he is running for re-election, I fully support that decision and am excited that he will continue his hard work for his District 4 constituents and all residents of Sandoval County. I am honored to endorse Dave as his track record over many years is second to none. He is by far, the best choice for the position.

As the former County Manager, I can vouch for Mr. Heil’s consistent presence and involvement in the county’s progress. Mr. Heil always offered his time to matters at hand with a thoughtful and methodical approach to achieving what is best for the county. As the Manager, I truly appreciate his fair and considerate manner. Dave Heil has the knowledge and experience to continue to lead not only District 4 of Sandoval County but he continues to be an instrumental leader as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Heil knows and understands the various government functions and he is passionate about his role as a commissioner.
We need leaders in government who are involved, who have the time and the desire to press forward with the best interest of all constituents. Mr. Heil takes his role seriously, and is responsive, involved in his community, approachable and willing to give his time and effort to lead Sandoval County for us all.

He is one of the most honest, hardworking individuals I have ever had the privilege to work with. I am proud to endorse Dave Heil for Sandoval County Commissioner. Glenn Walters, current County Commissioner, District 4
I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your performance at last week's NAIOP candidates roundtable. Your extensive knowledge and experience in serving our community and especially your knowledge of how government works make you by far the best qualified candidate for County Commission.
As an elected official myself, I can tell the difference between a candidate who really knows what they're talking about and one who does not. ……. you have the substance that real leaders are made of, and it showed. You have my support and best wishes in the coming election.
Rio Rancho City Councilor

I’ve voted as a Democrat for more than 50 years, but in this year’s election, I’m supporting Dave Heil.
Sometimes, especially in local and regional elections, the person running for office is far more important than the party they are affiliated with.
When we look at all that Dave Heil has done for Rio Rancho and Sandoval County, we see a citizen who really cares about his community and works tirelessly to help others and make it a better place in which to live.
I do not care to list all of his credentials and experience as most people can see this in his campaign literature. However, it is simple to see that Dave gives so much to the community, whether it is as president of the local Kiwanis, organizer of the Buy Rio Rancho campaign, the “go-to” person for Sunday is Funday, or serving for years on various commissions, boards etc. — no one else has the experience or dedication to build our community and Sandoval County and make it a better place to live.
In this election, whatever your party affiliation, I believe we need to carefully choose and actively support the best individual for the job.
For this Democrat, I believe that the best candidate is a Republican, Dave Heil.
